Traditional Hatha, Therapeutic and Restorative Yoga Services are provided privately by appointment only, in small group classes at the home studio, and in open classes at community venues. Classes are 60 or 90 minutes in length.
New clients are welcome to try CranioSacral Therapy. These services are available in 60 minute appointments.
Reiki Energy work is available in person or by distance. These services are available by 30 or 60 minute appointments.
Ionic Foot Cleanses
Using a gentle electrical current and a saline-water solution we mimick the internal body environment and encourage the drawing out of residual toxins and metabolic waste products, often with visually dramatic results. Ionic Foot Cleases are available in 30 minute appointments.
