7-Day Chakra Yoga Intensive Workshop. (7-8:30pm daily for 7days.)
Designed to clear and balance all 7 chakras, this class has everything in it. Physical practice, meditaiton, creative visualization, pranayam and essentials to awaken and stimulate each of our chakras. What a great way to welcome the coming of Spring! Registration required. Investment: $125+gst/ person
